Learning Difficulties

Learning difficulties refer to the challenges some individuals face in acquiring and using skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, reasoning, and mathematical ability.

These difficulties stem from a dysfunction of the central nervous system, which interferes with the learning process.

Individuals with learning difficulties have normal intelligence, emotional stability, and no sensory impairments (such as vision or hearing loss).

They may also exhibit behavioral, conduct, or social challenges, but these are not the primary cause of their learning difficulties.

Furthermore, learning difficulties, including dyslexia, are not the result of external factors such as cultural differences or inadequate teaching methods.
